tHE MOST COMON SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF A BACTERIAL ( Klebsiella)PNEUMONIA ARE:-
1.a cough with thick yellow, green, or blood-tinged mucus.
2.chest pain that worsens when coughing or breathing.
3.sudden onset of chills.
4.fever of 102°F or above (fever lower than 102°F in older persons)
5.headache.
6.muscle pain.
7.breathlessness or rapid breathing.
Confirmation of infection is through blood and fluid culture.
You mentioned vagina, I am not sure if you wished to indicate towards a possible UTI secondary to klebsiella infection as well?
