Brief Answer:
Gum infection, course of antibiotic, later get your wisdom tooth extracted

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxx
Welcome
I have gone through your query and do understand your concern.
Based on the Information provide by you I feel you have gum infection, This occurs when there is no space for the wisdom tooth to erupt.

Nothing to be panic, consult an dentist , initially they will give you a course of antibiotic ( ciprofloxacin) which will take care of the infection, and then when the infection subsides, get the wisdom tooth removed (since the wisdom tooth is non functional).
And do continue to maintain good oral hygiene.

Hope this helps
Take care
