Brief Answer:
Rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
Exertion doesn't cause any nasal congestion but change of temperature can cause congestion of nose. Exertion raises body temperature and if one is exposed to something cold like if you consume anything cold or if there is air conditioning than nasal congestion can occur.
Turbinate hypertrophy if is mild usually presents as blockage of nasal passages only on exposure to some triggering factor like temperature changes or dust etc.
You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done to rule out any nasal septum deviation or sinusitis.
Please tell me do you have nasal blockage with climate change or exposure to dust?
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Nasal turbinate hypertrophy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
From the complaints it definitely is allergic hypertrophy of the turbinates.
Use fluticsone nasal spray once daily for a week. Tablet levocetrizine plus montelukast once daily.
You will definitely be benefited.
All the medicines i prescribed you will be available only on prescription.
If the symptoms are severe or very frequent, surgical reduction of the turbinates can be done.
You are always welcome with any queries.
Take care
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Deviated septum with nasal mucosal hypertrophy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Your Xray paranasal sinuses shows a deviated nasal septum with turbinate hypertrophy.
Obesity usually leads to breathing problems but in your case you have nasal pathology too that is probably aggravating the things.
You should get septoplasty done. It will definitely help you.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
