Brief Answer:
You can take clopidogrel.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I went through the report you attached here.
As prescribed by your doctor you need to take aspirin 75mg daily to keep blood thin and possibly prevent any cardiac events.
But common side effect of the drug is gastric upset and prolonged use can also cause ulcers to form which is disturbing for day to day life.
I can advice you here to start clopidogrel 75mg. Known as clopitab 75 trade name. It has same action but side effects are lesser. But for 3- 4 days you need to continue taking aspirin and clopidogrel and then stop aspirin as onset of action of the later is slower.
Kindly consult your doctor before changing of the medicines and take a proper prescription for the same.
I hope I have answered your question well.
If you have any questions kindly ask me back.
Thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hell
Thanks for following up with me.
The report shows 30 to 40% narrowing in the mentioned arteries which is not serious as of yet. But as it should not have sudden thrombus formation and cause myocardial infarction, on preventable note the aspirin medicine has been started.
Its a blood thinner which prevents thrombus formation.
You need to reduce cholestrol intake and should do moderate daily exercises to prevent any further narrowing of the arteries.
Regarding aspirin, the side effects are the same as you are already eexperiencing. Hence I suggested to change to other group of medications with the same effects.
No need to stop the medications immediately but you can change over to clopidogrel after consulting your cardiologist once.
If you need any more information please message me back.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Nitroglycerin causes the diziness. Reduce the dose or take alternate days

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Nitroglycerin is used to reduce the chest pain that is caused by spasm in arteries of heart. It do not have the same effect as of aspirin or clopidogrel.
You need to take clopidogrel as you have side effects of aspirin.
Nitroglycerin is for mainly chest pain reduction and if you do not have constant chest pain you can reduce the dose to half or can take it alternate days. It has side effect of dizziness as it causes arterial dilatation which when happens in brain arteries causes dizziness. Not a serious side effect but notorious.
Check your BP regularly.
Are you diabetic?
Consult your doctor about reduction in the dosage which should reduce the dizziness and also continue clopidogrel tablets.
Hope this helps.
Thank you
