Question: I'm a 33 years old female. I've been having bad chest pain and pressure for over a year now. I've been to multiple cardiologist and had stress test, echocardiogram, ekg and event monitor done. only thing found was leaky heart valves and some svt's. the pain becomes worse if I press on it. its in center chest and upper left chest extending to shoulder and underarm. should I worry and what could this be?

Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Since you have done all cardiac examinations and they didn't find something abnormal to explain your symptoms, then the pain isn't related to cardiac problems.

My opinion is that your problems may be related to the following problems:
- Gallbladder / pancreatic issues
- GERD / gastritis
- Musculoskeletal problems

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your pain:
- blood work
- abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
