Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotics required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX. Welcome to Hcm Forum. I have read ur query and seen leg condition.
You need to take Tab Amox clav 4 times a day for 7 days. also take sporolac twice daily in tablet or XXXXXXX form. Also I would like to know what was the inciting event, either an injury to leg or some folliculitis.
From poctures it seems to be folloculitis. Maintain local hygiene .If occurrd due to injury then get a tetanus booster if not taken withih past 5 years. Get back to me if you have anything to ask.Regards Dr Manisha Jain

Brief Answer:
Keep it clean and dry

Detailed Answer:
Yes that can be the inciting or aggravating event so avoid wearing tough or tight clothes and jeep the area clean and dry.
Take the medicines as advised and you will be fine soon but in case it worsens or fails to improve even after 2 days then visit a doctor at the earliest.
Take care.
