Question: I have moderate pain in one eye. Had eyes checked recently, Dr said must be strain, but it still hurts with new glasses. Also have developed a rash over eye, in the eyebrow area. Today noticed rash starting in the other eyebrow. Rash doesn't itch, but dry and flakey. Moisturizers haven't helped.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to seborrheic dermatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

The rashes could be due to a fungal infection. You can try applying some moisturizer as well as clotrimazole lotion and see if it helps. However, I would insist you to upload an image of the affected areas so that I could give appropriate suggestions in this regard.

The rash seems to be unrelated to the pain. It is more likely to be due to eye strain. In such a case, try to relax and rest is all you need.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
