Brief Answer:
Most likely Sciatica.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. From the distribution of presentation of pain I think it is most likely Sciatica ( sciatic nerve compression or irritation). This can be due to intervertebral disc problems like herniation. A physical examination by orthopaedician followed by X ray (MRI if required) will be helpful to rule out this.
Conservative treatment alone is sufficient to clear this if taken properly. For such cases in my patients I would suggest muscle relaxants like Tizanidine and pain medications (NSAIDs or opiods) and neurotropic drugs like pregabalin &methylcobalamin. These will help to come out of pain spasm pain viscious circle.
Once acute pain is controlled I would send them for physiotherapy like TENS , ultrasound, short wave diathermy or massage. Slowly physiotherapist will teach you back and leg muscle strengthening exercises also.
You can also do hot fomentation on lower back with the help of some one. Use hard mattress for sleeping. Avoid bending down or lifting weights. These all will help you to recover.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
