Brief Answer:
needs antihistamines

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
Usually fever cold and sneezing is because of a viral infection. This will last for atleast 4 to 5 days.
This will need antihistamines like cetrizine along with calpol. Advent is an antibiotic which your doctor has prescribed because might have found throat or chest infection.
You can continue it.
Fever will settle soon.
Ensure plenty of liquids to keep hydrated.
Wishing good health
Regards
Dr Arun
