Suggest Treatment For Running Nose And Throat Infection
Question: Hi Dr my wife had cold ie running nose and throat infection. Voice hornes before 7 days and now she is ok. She had mild temprature alone. Now she is 100% ok. I had worries will it b a H1N1 virus so was so feared. Can i gave intercorse with her now or still the virus may b little active in yhe body. I din know us it H1N1

If your wife is comfortable now and there are no symptoms, and also if she is comfortably willing to have intercourse, you can go ahead. There is nothing to worry.
The symptoms which you have enumerated are anyway very mild and are suggestive of routine cold/ URTI. So if the phase in which she is not comfortable in exertion is over, you can very well enjoy.
Otherwise you staying in the same home would otherwise have already been exposed to the infection which your body immunity must have fought well.

Dr thanks for reply. Normaly for how much period a virus b there after the cold episode is over. She cas come out with 7 days before. But i am a feared person my son 11 yrs old was only mostly slwaping near her. He dint get effected

Sir realy thanks for reply. One more dought is there. I have a body temprature of 99.1 some time in the day and eve. No time diff. No eye burning all. In the morning when i get up from the bed its normal what woild be the reason. Will the tension in mind increases the tem or some bacterial infection may be there. What may be the reason sir .

Sir you can't take photographs of vocal cords from where voice comes. You need as endoscope for that. Throat picture carries no value in a hoarse patient.
What you can do is to tell the boy to avoid voice overuse. Steam inhalation gelps a lot.
For any other treatment, you need to see an ENT who can do an endoscopic examination of laryngeal inlet.
