Question: 25 year old male prsented with a skin irretation on his foreskin of the penis, and the frenulum is tight and red when retracted yet also folds in upon traction.

It may be due to allergy or infection.
If pain, take paracetamol 500 mg.
Take levocetirizine 5 mg.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Avoid sex for few days.
Consult your skin specialist for examinations and if required for antibiotics.

Its localized and red, like skin rash and when I void, it drips down and stings until I clean it. I dont think its an STD, I have tried hydrocortizone cream and clotrimazole and betamethasone. It cools it down and gives me comfort, but knowing its there, worries me.
