Brief Answer:
Viral rash, will resolve in few days
Detailed Answer:
According to her complaints she is having a maculopapular rash following a viral infection.
It is nothing serious and will resolve in 5-7 days.
I would recommend her to apply calamine lotion on the affected areas twice daily and take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
