Brief Answer:
It can be yeast infection or even early herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, and the images it can be yeast infection or candiasis if you are sexually active. You need to screen your partner too if possible as both of you might need to be treated with antifungal. If it's burning and blisters or red spots become vesicular or swollen it should also be reviewed for herpes as early herpes can also present like this.

You need to be reviewed by your primary physician to discuss to start anti fungals like fluconazole as well as analgesic like acetaminophen. STD screen may also be needed and I would suggest you to use condom or barrier methods for time being or refrain from intercourse for few days.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.

Brief Answer:
If it comes negative then local culture may be needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for your feedback. If it comes back negative, it may need you and your partner to have local swab sent for cultures to look for fungal growth. STD screen from time to time as routine isn't bad for sexually active individuals specially when their is any doubt about STDs exposure. Regards.
