Brief Answer:
Insect bite hypersensitivity reaction and ringworm infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
The lesion on the face seems to be related to crawling or bite of an insect while the neck lesions are looking like ringworm infection.
If I was his treating doctor I would recommend him to apply steroid antibiotic cream like mometasone and fusidic cream on the face lesions twice daily for 7-10 days.
For neck lesions you can apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Can't write a prescription

Detailed Answer:
I can't write the prescription. It is not legal and ethical to write a prescription without physical examination. Please visit your local doctor for a written prescription script.
