Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
You haven't mentioned your age which is important and also important to know if this is the first time that you are experiencing such continuous bleeding?
Have you got your ultrasound pelvis done ?
HAVE YOU RULED OUT PREGNANCY already with a urine pregnancy test?

It is important to learn these answers before any medication can be prescribed to control your bleeding.

Brief Answer:
possible PCOD

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
At 117 kg , you are definitely obese, yes. The present trend of bleeding with irregularity and heavy flow is more indicative towards polycystic ovarian syndrome or PCOD, where there are hyperandrogenic features like acne, hirsutism and acanthosis nigerians with oligomenorrhoea or delayed menses with mod to heavy flow and accompanied obesity with increased insulin resistance.
you need to hence get evaluated for the same with a hormonal profile and an ultrasound. You may continue TAMIC BC , which is antifibrinolytic, 500mg twice a day for next 5 days and that should help control your bleeding. Once stopped then you should get investigated so that treatment can be started sooner.
