Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

From the information you have provided, I understand that your doctor is currently treating prostatitis with ciprofloxacin.

It can take several days for the inflammation of the prostate to improve. This is most likely why you are still seeing a bit of blood.

I would recommend that you complete the full course of antibiotic therapy and if after that point you continue to notice blood then I would recommend that you see a specialist in the field of urology.

Thank you again for sending your question. Please complete the full course of antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor and follow up with him if needed.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
