Brief Answer:
Provide me further details.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
I have seen the attached reports too and low platelet count might be because of a viral infection. These days viral infections may take more then a week to get eliminated.
However since your fever is of duration more then 2 weeks I would like to rule out Typhoid, Tuberculosis, Urinary tract infection.
I need to know:
1. How high was the fever initially?
2. Any pain abdomen?
3. Any weight loss?
4. Any response to antibiotics in reducing the fever?
5. Any cough, sinus infections?
Revert with the asked details for a better help.
Stay Healthy.

Sir, kindly note I have used one herbal medicine ( 4 tab per day containing 15mg zinc/tab). This is for info only if any connection with my ailment.
My PLATELET Count is low for years. I know it since 1999. For this I had had no health problem in the past. My mother's platelet count is also low.
I have chronic haematuria ( 2-5/hpf) since last year's urine infection. Strain of that infection was ESBL.
If you need any more information please ask me.

Brief Answer:
Get a urine culture done

Detailed Answer:
Hello, In my opinion your symptoms represents either a persistent urine infection or typhoid.
I would recommend you to get a Urine Culture done and start on broad coverage antibiotic for urine infection like Nitrofurantoin.
Also, get a widal test done. In case, that comes positive, we would treat you for typhoid.
I would advice you to get these tests and the antibiotic prescribed by your doctor after discussion.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
