Brief Answer:
Weakness during fever can occur normally

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Most common cause of fever with pain in leg or other muscles in this age is some viral infection. As the baby is normal when there is no fever it suggests it's viral origin.
Weakness and bodyache or headache during the fever is a common phenomenon. It improves as the fever decreases.
In viral infection fever starts declining after 3-4 days.
I would like to know if there are other associated symptoms like cough, cold, pain abdomen, vomiting or any rashes.
I won't get worried as the fever is not of high grade and otherwise child is active, alert and behaving normal.
I suggest you to give paracetamol to control the temperature (it also relieves pain). If fever persists or you find any other abnormality please consult your pediatrician for evaluation and management accordingly.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
regards
