Brief Answer:
Bilateral pain and heaviness only in both arms is probably coming from the spine

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to HCM,
Bilateral pain and heaviness only in both arms is probably coming from the spine in the neck --cervical spine.
Is there pain on pressing the back of the neck along the spine?
Is there stiffness in the spine?
Did you lift a weight recently or do upper body lifts?

Please take a tablet like Motrin with an acidity reducing medicine like Omeprazole twice a day for three days. If no relief, get an x-ray of the cervical spine.
You can revert back.
Regards
