Brief Answer:
nopes, no chance of organ failure

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX the thing you had done may had landed you to severe hyperthyroidism state called thyrotoxicosis which is a very grave and fatal condition.

You should not repeat this any time in your life.

Thyroid tablets contain thyroxine hormone, which is a very potent and active hormone which is rapidly absorbed by human body and is also rapidly metabolised by body, which had not given any symptom to you.

But it might be possible that it may had done very severe bad effect in your putitory and hypothalamus glands present in brain and may had caused it to stop its work as you had taken the drug externally.

For that you should do certain thyroid hormone tests like free and bound thyroxine and you should definitely consult an endocrinologist to see for any gross physiological changes.

The chances of organ failure is low in this condition as the drug is metabolized in liver in a bit fast pace. Do take care of yourself.

Hope my information helped you
