Suggest Treatment For Non-healing Ulcer Caused By Fungal Infection On Toe

Question: I asked doctor few days ago regarding the condition of my father's little finger on right foot, he had fungal infection from long time and got an injury which he did not treat for more than year, after reaching out to an MS for 2 months he was asked to do dressing, since there was no improvement he asked my father to get the finger removed, want to take specialist advice on this and it wl help if I can get a doctor in XXXXXXX to help take decision, last time I was asked for photograph I have them now,
