Brief Answer:
Portal hypertension, lymphoma, leukemia are the possibilities.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have spleenomegaly with low platelet count.
There are many causes. Portal hypertensio, liver cirrhosis, leukemia, lymphoma or other infection can cause this.

Portal hypertension is likely possibility in your condition because dolated vein running across abdomen, spleen enlargement and thrombocytopenia all csn occur in it.

Lymphoma or leukemia are less likely.

You should go for ultrasound abdomen and check the portal hypertension if needed go for bone marrow examination. These will help you to find the exact cause. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
