Brief Answer:
Probable GERD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

There are many different causes for nausea. But since you are obese, there is an increased risk for gastroesophageal reflux and that could be possibly causing nausea though you do not have burning sensation. You can take a course of Nexium to see if there is any relief.

For constipation take high fiber diet, fiber supplements like metamucil and drink lot of fluids.
Consider getting a colon transit study done which will tell you what type of constipation you have which will help to plan further treatment.

I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
