Hi, Domrab contains both domperidon and rabeprazole that is used in the treatment of acid reflux or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcer disease (PUD). It helps to relieve the symptoms of gastric problems like acidity, heartburn, indigestion, abdominal bloating or abdominal pain. It helps to neutralize the excess amount of acid which is produced in the stomach due to peptic ulcer disease or gastro-esophageal reflux syndrome and prevent the body from further damage. It helps to increase motility and decrease the gastric empty time. Thus helps the ingested foods to pass the gastrointestinal tract rapidly and prevent from delaying in the gastrointestinal tract.
