Brief Answer:
Signs of common viral infection...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,

The low grade headache you are having might be related to common viral infection as it is associated with throat pain and pain on the back of your neck.
It might have been precipitated by temporary anemia caused by your periods.

I advise to continue taking Tylenol. I do not recommend to take Exedrine as it contains aspirin, and will affect your periods.

Just increase the dose of Tylenol and increase fluids intake.

Take good hygiene of your oral cavity and throat:
- wash/rinse with warm water and salt (gargle)
- gargle with 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- then, take 1 teaspoon of honey and keep it in your mouth

If no improvement, should consult with ENT specialist for further evaluation and specific treatment.

Wish fast recovery!
