Abdominal pressure on left side when exercising
Started with tingling on left side down to left testical
Loss of appetite but no weight loss
Stuffy sinuses

Now suffering anxiety

Waking up at night to urinate was not before

50 years old

Now the abdominal pain while exercising with tingling with normal bowel habits and no prior history is likely a muscle spasm. However age relate dbowle functional decline like IBS should be considered, diet lifestyle adjustments, small frequent meals, avoiding dairy, spicy, fatty, processed canned foods and alcoholic beverages soda etc will help.
