Brief Answer:
Infection of hair follicles is closest possibility

Detailed Answer:
My Dear

Welcome. I am Dr V XXXXXXX

I will help you get relief from the problem as best as I can.
These lesions seem to have arisen due to an infection of the hair follicles,a common problem that I encounter on a daily basis in my Dermatology practice.

The following measures work best to resolve such issue:

1 Excellent hygiene, washing with plain water and drying up at least three times a day

2 Mupirocin cream after every wash

3 Amoxy-Clav antibiotic combination twice a day. I prefer to advise 625 mg to my patients each time

4 Some Multivitamin, usually once a day.

5 Itch is effectively controlled by Levocetrizine 5 mg daily

I have examined the pics and these lesions seem to be likely to respond to such measures

If you have any queries, please do get in touch

Best wishes, always!

Thank you for the fast reply. I provided more pics.I noticed slight itch 2 weeks ago after having protected sex.i did shave my pubic area with an old razor afterwards but of course when itching began i worried maybe areas the condom couldnt cover may of been affected. So anyways as stated 6 days ago (spot appeared as small pink bumps than became that flatter rash of sorts. it doesnt hurt just as stated mildly itches. Does that change your diagnosis at all?

Detailed Answer:
Hi My Dear

Welcome with fresh details.

It is recommended that same set of measures be continued. Folliculitis might have occurred due to shaving the area with a less than perfect razor. Additional pics have been minutely examined and these make the possibility of bacterial infection even stronger.

I am sure it should resolve with the measures suggested.

Have a good time and great year!
