Question: I've had rash like this for 3 weeks and still ichy and can't take warm showers feels dry and takeing Septra on last 2 doses but nothing has improved I'm worried it will spread or worse

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and pictures. It looks like allergic reaction. Taking antihistamines like cetrizine ( zyrtec ) will be helpful. A short course of corticosteroids like methyl prednisolone will give fast improvement also. You can ask your GP for this. You can also apply histo calamine lotion.
Blood routine should be done to rule out any infection.
