Brief Answer:
Looks like pseudo folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like pseudo folliculitis.

It occurs due to inflammation of the hair follicles due penetration of the hair in the wall of the follicle.

It is common in persons with curly hair or due to wrong shaving practices.

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply steroid antibiotic combination like Mometasone furoate and Fusidic acid combination cream on the black spots twice daily for 2 weeks along with anti-histaminic like tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.

These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
