Hello sir,
Thanks for your response.
I mean to say daily I used to go tiolet 3-4 times for luu due to irregular pressure, but when I go to luu.. stool not comes fully, but again pressure comes after having food.. so kindly suggest me any presription.

I have understand your concern.
To get your stools or bowel habit back to normal, increase your daily amount of fiber (salads) in the diet which means more fruit, veggies, whole grains, and beans in your diet.
If you start eating these at every meal, you will see an improvement in a few days to a week.
If you can't take those types of foods, there are plenty of OTC supplements that are work well for most people like proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole 40 mg or rabeprazole 20) with digestive enzymes ( like syrup aristozyme 2 TSf daily) .
You can ask to nearby pharmacist to give them as they are available over the counter.
If your problems will last longer than a month then I would advice you to see your doctor who will try to evaluate the problem with various investigations.
