Brief Answer:
Steroid antibiotic cream and short course of oral steroids

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and can appreciate the bite area.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a steroid antibiotic combination cream like mometasone and fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily and take a short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisolone 20 mg once daily for 5 days.
Steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this you can continue with acetaminophen and naproxen for fever and headache.
The reaction will take a week to subside.

Dr Asmeet
