This is moderately elevated BP. If you are otherwise feeling well with no chest pain, shortness of breath, blurred vision or headaches then would recommend you see your primary care doctor for a visit as soon as possible.

It is possible you may be developing hypertension but this should be evaluated thoroughly by your doctor who may request some testing including blood work as part of your evaluation.

I also recommend you avoid stimulants such as caffeine as well until you see your doctor.
