I did not realize that I had had any heart attacks and did not have medical care for them. I had a cardiac catheterization that showed no heart blockages about 20 years ago when I had the first ecg that revealed an abnormality. No history of stroke or paralysis. No check for blockages in limbs. I have not seen a doctor since discovering the difference in pressures between arms. About 2 weeks ago, I realized the difference in size and strength of legs because of physical therapy for my back.

Brief Answer:
Than you need to see a physician

Detailed Answer:
in that case you need to consult a physician. as far as your limb disparity is concerned it could be related to blocks, it can be congenital by birth, neurological problem or could be caused by back/spine issues or joint problem. but in v/o significant difference in pressure block related becomes higher. So first have through clinical evaluation by physician after that further evaluation can be taken up
