Question: Hello, going back to my mother in law. I forgot to mention that dhe also has a hep c but was not tsking any meds for that. She has high exiety and takes Ativan on the regular bases. Her burping is ecery 5 min and it looks like by removing galbladder it didnt hdlp her, she is getting worse

In few patients virus gets cleared with out treatment. But better to get her virus load tested and appropriate treatment. Medications are available to treat Hepatitis C.
Hepatitis C can do present with GI symptoms. Regular monitoring of Liver function tests required.
Medication are not know to produce these symptoms, She can continue them.
Proton pump inhibitors and probiotics helpful to her.
