Question: i have blood in semen and low back pain, no problem with urine as no pain and blood during urintion

You are suffering from hematospermia. Most of the time its due to non serious causes . Most common causes are infection or inflammation in your genital tract, trauma, obstruction or rarely malignancy.
If you don't have any symptoms other than bloody semen, wait and see if the blood goes away on its own. If your semen continues to be bloody or if you start experiencing additional symptoms like pain or fever, consult your doctor.
You need prostate examination and semen examination. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
