Brief Answer:
No relation to the TIA

Detailed Answer:
I read your query carefully and I understand your concern.

The symptoms that you are referring do not seem to be related to a brain lesion. The fact that the MRI was negative is a good thing as it shows there was no damage to your brain.
The symptoms may be related to several factors. The first would be your anemia as your hemoglobin levels are pretty low. That could cause many symptoms such as headache, dizziness, weakness and fatigue. Since you have started aspirin which itself could predispose to bleeding a recent blood count is indicated.
Thyroid function abnormalities might play a role, they are often related to abnormal sensations that your describe so your treatment might need to be reevaluated.
Of course at times such symptoms are triggered or exacerbated by anxiety which is common in thyroid disorders (I am not sure what A/A means, if it's something related to alcohol abuse that predisposes to anxiety issues as well).

I remain at your disposal for further questions.

Thank you for your response, A/A stands for XXXXXXX XXXXXXX My TSH was normal last time I check. And what do you think about the heat that I felt at nights run throughout my body???? What can I do for such low hemoglobin apart from the ferrous.

Detailed Answer:
Silly me, should have figured that out, I thought anonymous alcoholics. In my country there is almost no XXXXXXX XXXXXXX or Asian population so I don't happen to use that abbreviation very often.

As I said the hot sensations aren't related to any brain damage. Electrolyte imbalance can at times be a cause but I suppose also that you have had a metabolic panel for electrolytes when you were evaluated at the hospital for your TIA, electrolytes are routine tests. Another possible cause might be hormonal changes. I don't know whether you are still having your period regularly but you are approaching menopause judging by your age which is related to drops in estrogen levels leading to hot flushes. If your period is regular, while estrogen level changes are still possible, I would put anxiety as the most probable cause to explain the hot sensations as well as pins and needles in the face.
Iron supplement (ferrous) is the appropriate treatment for iron deficiency anemia due to blood loss. Your body will need time to produce new blood cells though so improvement often needs a couple of months. Also, I don't know the source of your bleeding but it has to be made sure you have no more blood loss.

I hope to have been of help.
