Brief Answer:
You need to manage the work related stress.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the consultation at my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.

You have got the issues due mainly to your stress at work. It is very minor looking but a big issue when it comes to work related stress. It is one of the main causes of headache and is manageable. It needs your own efforts and some lifestyle modifications. People who remain more busy in routine work and give less time to their own body, remain more prone to get such issues and have difficulty managing everyday stress.

Some considerations to help alleviate the stress:-
Meditation.
Yoga.
Aerobics and cardio exercises (better to join a gym).
Jogging (10,000 steps at a healthy pace, alternatively you may go for cycling).
Healthy and balanced diet.
Plenty of clean drinking water.
Fruits, vegetables and salads.

You need to take Excedrin Migraine for pain and it will help a lot. At night make a routine of taking a warm shower before going to sleep. Take Xanax at night for better sleep and to help alleviate the anxiety. Quality sleep is more important than the number of hours you slept. Sleep hygiene is an issue that needs to be taken care of. Make a habit of letting the things go, because if we remain stuck to tensions and worries we will compromise our health and no positive progress will come in our way.

Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with expert opinion.
