Question: Hi Doctor, I have had gradual pain in my neck that is slowly getting worse, and wakes me up at night with pain in my head and major headache last three night. Treat with tylenol and aleve, Ice and heat during days and pain subsides. But at night slowly comes back, and wakes me up at night with pain in back of my head.
