Brief Answer:
It looks like a Sebaceous cyst or Lymph node.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like a Sebaceous cyst or Lymph node.
One characteristic finding over the Sebaceous cyst will be a dark spot called PUNCTUM. It is typical for this swelling.
Another common condition is enlarged lymphnode.
One approach is to get an FNAC ( Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ) of the swelling .It will confirm the diagnosis.
Another alternative is to remove the swelling and send it for histopathological examination ( Biopsy ).
I prefer to remove the swelling surgically and send it for Biopsy.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
