Thining and loosing hair at your age cold be related to several other conditions, I can mention some of them being most common: thyroid disorders, anemia, scalp skin conditions.

More information needed about your concerns, do you have any other symptoms lately, is there any skin condition, did you had any blood tests in the past.

Besides above information, blood tests to assess anemia, thyroid function are needed to get proper solution about your problem, so I suggest you to discuss with your primary care Doctor about those tests to get done.
