Suggest Treatment For Genital Wart

Question: Hi the question i want to ask is not for me but a 20 year old who i know and ask me for help a few weeks ago his has had this problem since he was 15 thats five years ago his to embarrassed to go to the family doctor he sent me a picture of the problem after very long chat and where it was its on the shaft of his penis he has read and looked on the internet so if you can tell me what he has ill do my best to get him to go to his family doctor or the sti clinic

I have gone through your query. His problem is most likely a genital wart.
This can be best managed by a dermatologist.

Application of podofilox 0.5% or Imiquimod 5% cream is helpful for this in case of self application.
Cryotherapy or Podophyllin resin 10%–25% in a compound tincture of benzoin can be done by a dermatologist if not helping.
