Folliculitis likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The pimple in the vagina is most likely a folliculitis or boil.
She should get examined by an OBGYN specialist and get antibiotics accordingly.
In the meantime, she can take painkiller like paracetamol.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
