Brief Answer:
Possible gastritis, ulcer, GERD,GI specialist to consult

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in. The pain and gambling you are feeling are signs of stomach issues including gastritis/ulcer and/or acid reflux.

Further examinations are recommended to determine the final diagnosis :
- upper endoscopy
- further consultation with GI specialist

For the moment, I advise to :
- eat often and small portions
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- have your dinnner at least four hours before going to bed
- avoid spicy, chilli, oily, fried, citrus foods
- take OTC antacids, antispasmodics, and PPIs to get relief

Hope it was of help!

Brief Answer:
Could be anemia related, complete blood count advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for following up queries.

Shivering when exposed to cold is normal reaction. What's not normal is getting an unusual cold or feeling your feet unusually cold.

It is true that stomach issues like gastritis are often associated with anemia problems.

If I was your caring doctor would advise to run a complete blood count and ferritin level.
Depending on the results and if anemia is present, anemia medications are advised including folic acid, iron, vit.c and b.

Hope it was of help!
