Brief Answer:
Medicine + life style changes...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I treat my patients who have similar problems with:
1. Proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole for two weeks
2. Dietary changes - avoiding spicy food; restricting caffeine, smoke, alcohol; never missing food; regular food timings
3. Starting physical exercise
4. Adequate sleep
5. Meditation and yoga.
6. Maintaining weight within limits.

If symptoms don't improve with these changes, I would refer you to a gastroenterologist for investigations. You might need endoscopic procedures.

Regards
