Brief Answer:
Could be an UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an urologist, I can understand your concern.
You should get examined by an urologist and do the following tests:
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine, creatinine, RBS, LFT, and platelets.
3. ultrasound scan-KUB,with residual urine.
These reports will help in giving an expert opinion about diagnosis and treatment.
UTI (urinary infection)is commonest at your age. The other possibilities are stone, outlet obstruction (B.O.O),etc.
Till the reports are available, you can start a ciprofloxacin, after giving urine for testing.
Also take an alkaline syrup, twice daily.
Drink about 10 glasses fluids daily.
You're welcome to send the reports here, for an expert opinion.
Wish you well.
