Brief Answer:
Antipyretic syrup like Paracetamol will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

Majority of the times fever in children is due to non specific viral infection. If the following criteria are fulfilled there is unlikely to be cause of concern , fever will subside with symptomatic treatment

1. No rash
2. No urinary complaints
3. Respiration normal in rate and rhythm
4. Fever less than 101 degree Fahrenheit
5. Appetite normal when there is no fever

Occasional vomiting is quite often seen during episode of fever. I would suggest you the following

1. Antipyretic : You can use Paracetamol Syrup which is available as over the counter . Dosage is 15 mg per kilogram per dose given 6th hourly

2. Ensure adequate intake of water : 1 cup of water 1 hour before meals and 1 cup of water one hour after every meals will ensure adequate intake of water

3. Maintain nutrition : Fruits , fruit juice , Tomato /chicken soup can be given.
Feed small quantity of meals frequently

4. If the fever does not subside after 30 minutes of giving Paracetamol then whole body tepid sponging to be done using normal tap water at room temperature.

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Antiemtic syrup will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear Ms

Repeated vomiting in bench of other abdominal symptoms is likely to be due to Gastritis and associated Gastroesophageal reflux. I would suggest you the following

1. Acid Suppressant like Lansoprozole which is available as dispersible kid tablet can be given . It's over the counter medication

2. Gastric motility increasing drug : Domperidone syrup will help relieve vomiting

Following this advise should bring improvement. If symptoms persist then do consult your Pediatrician for clinical assessment.
Do keep me updated about progress.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Brief Answer:
Citrus fruits will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms

That's good to know she is fine. Many of children have repeated respiratory infection due to

1. Exposure to dust and allergens
2. Exposure to pollution
3. Reduced immunity

I would suggest the following to boost her immunity

1. Introducing citrus fruits in her diet will help. Vitamin C present in citrus fruits boost immunity

2. Chyawanprash will be helpful: It contains XXXXXXX Gooseberry which is richest dietary source of Vitamin C

3. Over the counter available Himalaya Septillion syrup is proved to be beneficial in boosting immunity

4. Steam Inhalation at bed time

5. Giving water boiled with Tulsi (Holy Basel) leaves

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life
