Brief Answer:
Symptoms

Detailed Answer:
You should get checked thoroughly by a qualified medical professional quickly. Your vital signs such as pulse and blood pressure and breathing rate need to be assessed. Your blood glucose levels should also be checked immediately. Once it is clear that there is no medical emergency, a systematic evaluation needs to be undertaken in order to get to the bottom of your problems. For example when I see someone like you in my practice I order the following tests in addition to a comprehensive physical examination: CBC, CMP, HbA1c, TSH, Free T4 Your current symptoms may indicate the possibility of diabetes and it is important to rule this out. The above blood tests will also look into other potential causes of your symptoms such as liver and kidney or electrolyte problems.
