4 Frequent washing of face helps clear up secretions

5 Having a balanced diet and engagement in hobbies to de-stress is also highly recommended. Keeping your disability in mind, I would suggest meditation and reading or anything with which you are comfortable.

Betamethasone solution is a local application of waery solution which is to be applied to the area as a thin layer and left unwiped for at least two to three hours. The purpose of this step is to let preparation remian in contact with the affected skin so that it can exert its impact on that area.

Cleaning is best done with either plain water or a mild face wash while medicated shampoo is to be used at the time of bath wherein the lather is allowed to remain in contact with the scalp skin for at least 8 to 10 minutes before it is washed off.
