Brief Answer:
Current medications are fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your mother's past history, and her current medications.

She has two problems- epilepsy and brain stroke (infarction).

For epilepsy, she needs one medication to prevent occurrence of fits in future. Levera (levetiracetam) is a safe medication, however, if she has side effects with this, she can go back to her old medications (Zeptol CR or XXXXXXX retard).

For brain stroke, she needs to take medication to prevent recurrence of stroke in future. For this, she needs a blood thinner & statin combination such as Clopitorva or Deplatt-CV. Clodrel plus can be stopped.

Please note, both these medications are required lifelong, as if we stop any of these, there would be a risk of recurrence of seizures or stroke in future.

Ramiheart H is needed if she has high BP, otherwise, we can stop it.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
