Question: Yesterday discovered nickel size lump at base of left scull another approx 3" below have been given Letrozole2.5 mg for endometriosis what r lumps who shall I see about the GP ? Dermatologist? Get MRI? Help I'm scared

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history discovering a nickel size lump at the base of skull on left side, and another in the left side of the neck. Also noted history of taking Letrozole 2.5 for endometriosis.
These lumps seem to be lymph nodes and you may please consult a GP to find out if there is any focus of infection and to confirm whether this is lymph nodes or something else.

He will get a few investigations done after clinical evaluation, may ask for Ultrasonography and FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) to get a proper diagnosis and may also send you to a Specialist if needed.
